Orders are mailed either via USPS or UPS within 5-7 business days, as some products are made to order. Kristin hand-packs every order herself, so your patience is much appreciated! A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Packages are sent without signature confirmation. Shipping available only within the U.S.

Gardenia Apothecary is not responsible for additional shipping fees if the package is returned due to an insufficient address. Please verify the shipping address before placing your order.

At Gardenia Apothecary™, we believe in reusing and recycling materials as much as possible, so don’t be surprised if your package arrives in a re-purposed box! Please continue the cycle: recycle, up-cycle or reuse as much as possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns in for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unused, unopened, and undamaged. To process a return, please contact Gardenia Apothecary.

Custom oil blends are FINAL SALE. If you are unhappy with your custom order, please contact Gardenia Apothecary. We believe that in order for essential oils to benefit us, we absolutely have to love how they smell. We will work together to find a solution.
