During the month of February, the month of love, take an hour to show yourself love: connect to your body, clear your mind, feed your soul & release all the stress from the week. In this series: Flow to Ground, Youโ€™ll be guided through a Gentle Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga sequence, embracing the energy of winter, the season of grounding, reflection & insight.

Suggested materials for practice:

  • Yoga mat, large towel or open space (floor/carpet) in your home

  • 1-2 yoga blocks. I use this block set on Amazon

  • Yoga strap, TheraBand, towel, or long shirt

  • Yoga blanket or large towel

  • Aromatherapy to enhance your awareness or practice space

These materials are suggested to, but not required to attend. All you need to bring is yourself!
